hey guys.. i need some help in making an exhaust or my 4 stroke bike. its a 125 cc discover.
the silencer on all the newer dtsi bikes built by bajaj seem to be no good as i have already replaced the silencer twice and the third one is already developing cracks.. got some welding done on it but to no avail. so i have decided to try and fabricate an exhaust on my own. guys pls help with regards to lenght, header diameter, material(what guage metal) used and the best way to place the baffles in the silencer.....
    thanks aaron..

first of all check Water outlet hole. if they r block then remove the blockage time to time. Besides all the FS motors has got problem due to water accumulation. Gravity problem for water so outlet holes are somewhere near to start of baffle. If it is Exahust-Tec then the pre-loading chamber also has got small hole which is under the engine and before the CAT.

Dude, try getting help from Joel cos he's expert in this and check out his custom made exhaust in his R15, simply stunning!!! Don't ever take chances by ur own knowledge, cos a wrong exhaust can seriously screw up the engine!
