With Ninja 250 finally here we are left with nothing to speculate on xBhp
.It was launched few weeks back and it got an overwhelming response from all across India. So what is this new thread for? Very simple. The aim of this thread will be to find out if a new bigger Kawasaki comes in future then which one will suit the need of India’s biking enthusiast in every aspect be it power, style, practicality or price. I’m adding a poll in this thread. Members can select any one of the four options above and can state the reasons for same in this thread. For everyone’s reference I’m posting the images of all four bikes mentioned above. Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R ![]() Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R ![]() Kawasaki Ninja 650R or ER-6F ![]() Kawasaki ER-6N ![]() I could have simply added a poll on the other Ninja thread but let’s come out with a meaningful discussion with this thread rather than just selecting one of the options mentioned above. I would love to see both 650R and its unfaired version ER-6N . The twin cylinder makes it torque-y in low revs and usable power of around 70bhp. Makes it a practical bike as compared to the super sports.
Chosen 650R in the poll coz the bike is definitely a better looking of the two.

Could it be that a Kawasaki revival gets kick-started from India!! Madder things have happened so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
You left out the ZX14R. I personally want to own a ZX10R just for being mad and loopy. That engine belongs in an asylum and it is just sad that all this CBU magic didn't happen in 2004-2005 when the maddest ZX10R of all time was available everywhere else in the world. Mentalist bike...something even Batman would be scared of. I think the ER-6N and ER-6F are the most attractive options but with the 800cc rule still in place I can't see this happening...hence my vote for the 10R.

I would love to see ZZR1400 (not in the list ) to go hand to hand with Busa.
It would be nice for the bike enthusiasts to have a feel of the machine that has already given Busa a run for its money.. In the list above would like the insane ZX10r on the indian roads.. |

Those are exactly my words..!! The 6R and 10R would be too much to handle on our roads.. the torquey 650R makes practical sense and could be priced (a very important criteria for India) quite properly in India as well. The Ninja 650R / ER-6F gets my vote too. |

Just a word of caution: The final option should be the one which you feel will be a logical buy for most enthusiasts and not the one which you want to see it just for the sake of it.
I'm yet to take the poll as I'm very confused as to which should be my final option out of the four that I have included in the poll. |

I really think that the ER-6N is the most sensible and practical of the lot, but the 650R is so @#$%ing sexy! ![]() But as GS rightly pointed out till the 800cc rule is there anything other than the mad mad 10R looks like an impossibility!

I don't have enough idea about the actual performance of these bikes, but IMO the ZX-10R & the ZX-6R score highest on the looks/style department.. However, considering Indian conditions & needs, the ZX-6R would score highest on the combination of power, style, practicality and price..
Should be the right bike for India, once the regulations allow it.. PS: I simply love the way each of these have have integrated front indicators.. Gels very well with the bike..
