In the pickup(0-100),i dont feel any difference, but one thing i need to say about rtr 180 is amazing clutch response, its like a wild horse and very comfortable in city than p220,good cornering capability than p220and when it comes to top speed its p220 all the way ,for getting a top speed in rtr180 it will take some time.On the maintenance department both bikes have equal maintenance,p220 requires 1150ml oil thats it!as both bykes have open chain u should lube it at every 600kms
