I don't think so.. And I also don't think so, that any such Fuel Remapping could be of any help to a 20PS 220.

Oh.. I hope you are fine. BTW why do you want to replace the high beam with projector? I mean the Projectors on 220 is meant for only low beam, and almost all the cars even have low beam as projectors. Or you do not want the high beam at all? In any case it's mod you have to experiment with, don't think it's a straight fit any how.

In cold idle should be 1200. Although it's advised to tune the idling once the engine is heated up, in our case it's better to set up in cold.

Your RPM increased!! Till now I have heard that the RPM has decreased for most of the users including me, and it's not idling but AFR which had turned lean, evident from the pull as well. Anyways, you simply adjust the idling. CDI is making changes to ignition. BTW which colour is your new CDI? Lime Green?

There's a Thum Knob, RH of the beam. Very difficult to reach by hands, one needs to remove the Speedo Console.

well, should be faulty wiring.as far as i know,in the 220 dtsi, the battery is what powers the headlamp and the pilot lamps. And if ur head lights are on(head) they will get turned off automatically after like 5 secs if engine is off.

How did you converted to DC? If the bulb is running directly on the bike's wiring, then it will be slightly dimmer, you need to get high gauge wiring for that. Regarding the Stator Coil fitments in 200, I would advice to check it out first by comparing the both the coils from a dealer. But I think there' shouldn't be problem as the mount points are same just the coils are different.

My 220, is giving me, almost unbelievable mileage of 40 in City and a whopping 52 on highways even when I hover around 90 to 100Kmph! But I feel, the average will go down.
