have u ever measured the output of APE RR voltage and current, i mean without connecting to battery, open ckt. voltage at output of APE RR?

in pulsar 150 UG3- AC to DC conversion, what should be done to bypass the BCU. urgent help needed. what is to be done apart from rewinding and APE RR.

I'm going for Joel mods for my R15and got a mail from joel, i'm surprised that the ECU tune costs 15.5k. I'm wondering whether to go for it or stick with Bigbore,airfilter,headwork,clutchsprings,valvespri ngs.

Please let me know your views. Even joel also mentioned, only if you want then go for ECU mod. But i'm seriously looking for top speed increase. I touched 144kmph, Atleast I need 10kmph extra. will I get without ECU ?

1: 1: can i replace my stock BCU with ug 4 full dc BCU..? is it a direct fit or any mods needed..?
2: since i have re-winded my coil all 7 poles to one common output...can i feed the battery via ape rr for charging and the headlight (AC) from the coil directly before connecting to ape rr..?

i have pulsar ug3 i converted it to full dc ie.i have re-winded my coil, purchased ape rr and installed everything....as i want to install hid currently using 60/55w halogen... i referred all previous post from other members but cant able to by pass bcu as it senses the current...plzz help....yellow wire which comes out from the stock rr and goes to the main wiring.connected that to batt positive via ign switch...

results : headlamp continuously burning when switched on via stock switch..hi/lo beam buttons not working and if u switch off the lamp, still its burning until i switch off via ignition switch....... any help will be appreciated..!!!

im pretty confused about that switch thing u told on the thread(converted my pulsar150 to all dc) so can u plz elaborate and help me convert all to dc....

Unfortunatley, I don't have an engineering background, hence lack of the essential tools & skills will be a roadblock.
