hiii aryan need ur help in changing the rear tyre of my bike should i upgrade my rear tyre from size 3.00-18 to 100/90-18 what are its merits and demerits

heyyy aryan brother yesterday my bike met with an accident my friend was driving it and i was driving his bike actually my hh achiever has been discontinued in gwalior mp. so there is no spare parts available..
i need ur help i wanted to know the total cost of spares kisted below so that i can tell my friend to give me the required amount to me.... all parts should be orignal or genuine parts..

1. Mask/Visor/fairing

2. Head light

3. Disk brake lever

4. Front mud guard

5. Meter box

6. Silencer metal cap

7. Leg guard

8. Rear alloy or the carrier of the bike which is made up of alloy

9. Front right side mirror

olease tell me the company price and the market price of all these orignal spares as i came to know that the service centers charge more for the same spares but in market the same orignal spares are of less cost so plzzz tell me the cost of all these parts the exact cost i have tried the hero honda service centers here but the arent telling the exact cost

heyy aryan bro i really need your help i have a few problems with my bike. plz help I have a hh achiever the older model my first problem is tht my bike skids a lot when i stop it from high speeds my bike uses a nylogrip zapper 3.00-18 size tyre should i upgrade them to 100/90-18 size will it affect the pickup and topspeed of my bike if not can u suggest me some good brands.here
my second problem is tht my bike is leaking engine oil from from a few places such as from the area where the clutch cable enters the carnkcase and from where the gear shifter .
the third one is i am upgrading my by using alloy rims and painting the engine black which paint do we use to paint the engine black the spray or some other one and does the colour retain for a long time. and at last a good engine oil
