dude, I wont be aware of the prices man of your bike. Why dont you try calling Service centre of different cities. May be call up mumbai service centers. You can get couple of No's from HH website.

Well, i cannot tell you the actual prices of the parts becuz i donot have Achiever. You can claim insurance for the parts damaged, thiswill reduce the price by 40-50%.

I cant suggest you anything about the oil issue, try cleaning the case and check if the oil comes back again.... as far as clutch cable area having oil is concerned, I think thats normal a lot of time the SVC guys lube the cable which is why the oil flows to that point.

For the tyres, try MRF Zapper C 3-18, I use it on my RTR, they come stock in older gladiators and Honda Shine. A thicker tyre will kill the pickup and topspeed for sure. Skidding can be attributed to a lot fo things, right from incorrect breaking technique to a design issue. tyres wont correct everything!

When you break try breaking 80%front and 20%rear, try breaking in tandem like Front, then rear, then front, then rear... try it out and ping back if it still skids!
