@ lockhrt999 they are good bright & will annony if anyone from oncoming traffic is closer or stare at them , where as HID disturb oncoming traffic as its spread is big due to reflector size difference in headlight & pilot lamps & it goes directly in way of oncoming drivers .
Before buying to put in pulsar check for the space available & its dimensions .
I can't say about cops as i got no problem here , they also don't care about HID's .
Before you gonna buy from dealextreme check on ebay as on my recent search i found same 38 smd led's are available in half price than dealextreme .

I'm also thinking of putting same led pilot bulb as yours in my pulsar. I wanted to ask you that is it so bright that it will annoy oncoming traffic or will attract cops? Like HIDs?
