Hi -
1. If you convert and the RR unit fails for some reason, the ECU/fuel pump may get damaged.
2. You have to connect the yellow white wire which supplies AC to the h/l etc to the brown wire after the ignition switch, not directly to the battery.
3. No sure, try SP Road. 19awg - maybe its 19 gauge for them, or maybe number 19 etc etc.
