Yep... the problem seems tobe with fuel supply only... tell them to clean the carburetor and clean all the fuel lines.... also clean the airfilter.... If you can then go to a mechanic and tell him to check if spark plugs are getting proper current...

    Hello,

Did you tried opening the fuel-lid for 2-3 seconds and then try starting the bike?

I am too using Bajaj oil currently. and to say this is one of the worst oil I have used so far. Although I will change this oil at next service, but the engine is very harsh, mileage dropped down..... gear shifts hard problems.... I will change to Valvoline next service.

    Hello Arjun,

AFAIK Castrol Power 1 is not a 20w50 oil, it's 20w40. You are slowly killing your bike by using a lower grade oil for your bike. Change it to any 20w50 (bike only) oil. Recommend ones are Valvoline Premium 4T 20w50, Motul 5100 4T 15w50, Motul 3000T, Castrol Activ 20w50, Bajaj DTS-i 20w50... That might be the cause of harshness, I felt it too when the SC culprits filled 20w40 oil by mistake in my bike.

About the gear problem, I feel it too, sometimes I just think why there is no 6th gear in this bike running too low on torque already?

Engine oil capacity is only 1000ml. You should not overfill oil in any case.

Hope I cleared your doubts, incase you have further trouble feel free to talk.
