I wasn't sure where to ask this question.....there isn't a thread for challan queries now is there??

So my friend got challaned somehwere in july last year and the total came out to 1400. He didn't have the money that time so he took a court challan, and the officer confiscated his license. He has lost the challan receipt/slip/whatever you call it. The court hearing date was 16/17 july 2009 and he missed that too. He was riding without the license all this time but now I've talked some sense into his head and he wished to pay the chllan and get his license back. What would be the procedure now ??

Hey dude, my thread named "Trek to Mahuli Fort, Asangaon, Mumbai" created by me yesterday in "The Tourer" section is yet to be approved by the moderator (U)...... im a new member here and im not sure how to know if my thread was rejected or shifted and how much time does it take to approve a thread by the moderator? ..... I have prefixed it as a Photo Feature coz for now I have only shared pics !!
