I would say , call the area head directly tell him that u have visited svc center several times and they are not fixing the problem .... he will send the engineer to the svc center ....

Hello , well i had to visit the service center several times to convince them about the problem... got hold of the senior mech .... forced them to call the engineer for that locality , called the area head.....

It was great buddy. No, no broken back... I got used to the sitting posture in the first week itself... I've had no issues with that. Also there used to wrist pain initially.. not anymore. This trip i faced a slight shoulder pain... but thats mainly due to my lifestyle - no physical exercise what-so-ever these days... Thing is, if you enjoy the ride, there wont be any adverse effects...
