    just take a cutting plair and cut off about 1.5 inches. If the plastic is hard you will have to remove it and grind it.

    thanks for reply,i got it done,one issue,cant able to fit isde panels,the plastic ones,any idea?seems the lower part is touching the new foot rest holder.

    hi man please no formalities of sir n all

    yeah i got it done on the pulsar v1.

    thigs you will have to take care of:

    >>the kicker will get in the way of the newly rear set footpegs
    >>solution: Heat welding the kicker and bend it a bit .
    >>The center stand becomes much lower
    >>solution: use gas cutter ( again weld shop) and cut the metal piece thats meant for the centre stand and weld it back about 2 inches , according to required height.
    >> The mounting point of the silencer on the footrest bars will change , so you need to weld and make new points for the nut to go in . again a welding job.

    Sounds a lot but can done very fast

    sir i am on the way way to do rearsets on my pulsar 180 ug2...this model.....
    u did it in ug 1?did u face any clearence issues from body and the foot rest holder?i mean i am not able to pull out the oem foot rest holder and out the p 200s one,it seems i have put some metal bush and place the whole foot rest holder outerwords.please guide me.also is the main long bolt of swingarm is to be chaged to longer one like p 220?help needed asap
