As for the tire/rim mods..I wouldn't recommend it, FZ's got a low and flat profile wheel setup at the rear, it wouldn't match the R15's dynamics. Plus, the FZ's wheel(rim+tire) is very heavy, and you'd need to do a lot of jugaad to retrofit the disc brakes, etc. I'd seriously recommend you to stay against it. Stock tires are the best, as long as you dont ride in slush. Suspension wouldn't be much of a problem, but the above things I mentioned will hamper the bike's purpose entirely...
