    Hello there,
yes i've installed the rear fender of the 180 and it's a direct fit, the fender will cost you 325 plus the labour charges 50 bucks, and the reflector will cost you 25 and the tail lamp cover is also a seperate unit, i dont know the cost of it as it's still out of stock at the INDORE dealers.

i have posted the pics of it, go back few pages at the RTR160 thread.

    RIDE SAFE.

3M paint protection rolls are available on ebay.com (US site) should cost about 4k for a 12" wide 10ft roll. should be enough to cover a few bikes.

I would try car accessory shops, though I have no idea how much it is in India.

It is called the Oxford Paintsaver and comes in a roll. I bought it from Australia for Rs. 1200 But there is a better alternative from 3M called the paintguard which is thinner. The ones I have used is at least 1mm thick.
    cheers

the noices which you are hearing are the tappets i believe, they're loose in case of RTR so no worries, but increase in the vibes after the oil change is not common with the RTR, but it's been reported in the thread.
i suggest you to check the plugs gap and rotate the plug at every 2000kms.
