    You need to use diodes to make a AC-to-DC converter. In other words a rectifier. Just connect a diode between the +ve power supply and LED conn to make a half bridge rectifier. The polarity of the diode is important. It will work only in one way, not the other. Try it out. Use 1N4008 diode.

    About tires no clue !! Putting 2 X 35w can never give brightness of 1 X 55W. IMO its useless and more messy !!

    Skoda OEM's will touch sky high prices
    Yup you can go with 55/60w with coil rewind which might cost approx 1000rs. After rewinding you can even try 90/100w BUT you can't retain stock reflector. You will have to go with Round Doom with Gypsy or Ambassador reflector due to enormous heat produced.!!

    projectors are good only for low beam but high beam sucks. I hardly used it for a week. Price depends on ur bargain skills bcz u can find them only in junk yards.!!
