Both the RTR 180 and the P220 DTSi represent excellent value for money.. fortunately or unfortunately I already have the P220 Fi. :-)

Let me state that these are what I think about these two bikes and I haven't even test ridden them. But if you need to choose one from them, I would say that the RTR 180 would be quite a fun in the city for the P220 DTSi would be an excellent long distance tourer as well.
