    1. lean mixture.
    2. over 2t oil ratio.
    3. clogged baffle.
    4. over tighten brakes
    5. slippage in clutch.
    6. tight piston.
    7. Petrol problem (adultration) (never pre-mix oil in fuel)
    8. clogged block and head fins
    9. choked bend pipe.
    10. wrong range of spark plug (use proper recommended plug)
    11. use shell 2t oil (latest grade)
    12. lack of 2t oil. check the setting of oil pump.
    13. over loading or wrong gear at wrong speed and rpm

    Thanks for your suggestions Chinmay. You are right, I did notice a lot of reduction in vibes after I had re-fuelled with Speed last week... there are however some vibes still felt at high RPMs, I guess I'll get the carbs checked like you said.

    2. I have told u before that i have upjetted to the ZMA's 125jets( which u told me is wrong fit) and Bajaj guy told me that the carb tuning is perfect. << could u please resend wot i told u about this?
    The valve clearance for P180 is Inlet=0.05>service limit = 0.05 and Exhaust=0.10>service limit =0.15
