Hi Abhishek, you can click on the "Edit" button on the header post, and then copy-paste the text of the other posts to the header post. But, there is a problem. Each post can take only 100 images. However, in-total you have about 350 images(!!), so, adding it all on the header post would be impossible.
I would suggest you let it remain this way. Getting to read different day's log in different post makes it all the more nicer to comprehend.
