So, At what rpm does it do 60 kmph, in top gear?

Also, what's the silencer's state in terms of rust, leaks, etc?

The iridium plugs won't bring a noticeable change in performance. In fact, you might not even gain 1 PS ...

Their main benefit is efficient burning, clean emissions & long life...

We all know that the main performance/ mileage is still dependent on cc, fuel, its injection and oxygen mixed ...
A spark can only do a very minute change, which mostly is never noticeable...

Have you re-machined the head to match the new cc? Also, the gasket should be air tight upto high accuracy ...

Also, have you run-in properly after re-boring? Run in is necessary ... reply...

Bro, I don't have much experience about Re-boring, being in a small city... But, to say that reboring would cure the problem of engine sounding rough would not be correct.

In fact, reboring doesn't cure problems. In rare cases, it just causes more problems...

Engine sounding can be related to intake too. BTW one question, Did you try changing just the stock piston with a new stock one, before reboring?

In this problem, "Joel" would be helpful. Please send him a PM ... But, you'll have to give more details then this much ... like history, nature of sound, etc.
