in the review of Crampbuster you said that you are using it for your Enfield. I would like to know which size you ordered or how to measure the size to be ordered. I have a c-350 myself.

First i would like to suggest u to visit Doc and get ur MRI done to see if theres any damage to disc or spine
1)Since most of the spine problems stem from lack of good posture some Yoga postures and leg raises will erase the pain
2)If u go to wikipedia and search for Disc herniation then you can come to know how important it is to work on our core muscles and build back strength (go for leg raises it woks wonder and reduction in weight is even better;also build ur thigh muscles with sit ups)
3) if you wear a lumbo sacral belt then it is fine but with that you need to rest with a pillow under ur knees to ease of the pressure on your back also have to sleep on semi hard surface and avoid soft pillow under ur head
4)lastly you have to brisk walk atleast 4 kms daily with flat heel walking shoes ;avoid running and jogging at all cost it impacts the spine.
5)stop smoking if u do smoke

how are you? i am bhisnu i am restoring a honda cb 350 , today i had a small test ride with this bike this are the outcomes
good news i have very small test ride
out comes are
1, engine is heating too much
2,it cant go beyond 4k rpm max( may be tachometer cable though its new but it is big in size
3. clutch is slipping ( need replace the old clutch plates)
4. too much carbon deposit in the left spark plug and the left is little but noisy but not smooth
i am concerned about the heating problem as smokes are coming out
can u give some advice how this heating problem can be solved

there is particular problem geting the left cylinder synchronize with the right the left cylinder is misfiring and within some times the engine stops is it batty problem can u give some advice
