I don't have any personal experience on Glady
Please go through the first post of Engine oils thread for more details on the grade.A synthetic oil comprises of more homogenius atoms which makes the degradation less and lubrication better.If glady recommended grade is 20W40, you can go for Motul 7100 FS oil(720 rs) which is 20w40. But I believe 5100 should do good for you, its a wonderful oil

Hi Dude,
Motul is one of the best oil available in indian market.Depending upon your budget you can opt for the oil.
Motul full synthetic 10w40 and 15w50: 300V / 850rs
Semi synthetic 15w50: 5100 /480rs
mineral 15w50: 3000 /220rs

If you have agip available, you can go for Agip full synthetic 10w30 @500 rs.
