Details about my bike -
Done 5100 Kms so far.
Used HH oil but wish to switch to Fully synthetic because of over heating issues.
Any good FS oil with 10W30 viscosity ???

Not to worry much..that rattling sound may be from the tappets, which is pretty common for most of the ZMA's..!! Regarding the engine's harshness..which can only be resolved by resolved by an oil change.. since your bike is pretty new, hence its bound to happen and it will decrease as time passes by..!! Once you cross the 1000-1500 mark then you can shift to a fully synthetic oil which lasts long as compared to the HH oil. But till 1000-1500 mark stick to the HH oil only...its best for the new engine..

When I had done 250 odd Kms on my new bike, I noticed a rattling noise in my ZMA which is low when it is started but increases gradually when I run it for 4-5 Kms. The noise is irritating. I am not sure if this is the case with just my bike or every ZMA out there. Visited service center, but they are like it's normal. Visited a zonal office guy too. He rode bike with me but even he replied bike is normal & it's just my perception problem. Please tell if you had faced same noise when your bike was new. They also said since bike is new, this noise will be there. It will come down as I run my bike more. Also, engine feels harsh & lack its smoothness which I had experienced on my friends ZMAs(have done 10K+ kms). Please guide as I am having sleepless nights. I am also planning to visit another service center for 2nd opinion. Thanks in advance.
