He keeps most biker stuff & has quite a lot of customers. Will provide you more details. I am very happy with the buy. He keeps Sparx helmets too. He has very good collection of Daijya & Sparx with amazing graphics. Bought my DSG Maze from him only.

the tick tock sound is normal. For the rest you can get it checked at the service centre. Just first raise the issue with hero customer care. See what response. because generally HH after sales service is ok ok at best.

heating problem is there even if the bike is ridden in city

thanks ,bro for your reply, bro i am facing some issues in my zmr are:
1) The rear disc doesn't work as the front does. i mean i doesn't feel that the speed is slowing down after applying the rear disc ,wasn't expecting this from disc brake.
2)when the bike was only one week old it's gear shifting is smooth like butter, but now after one month it is somewhat harder to shift the gear.
3)the right side fairing is not as tighten as the left side fairing.
4)i heard tic-tock sound from engine after stoping the bike in house.(engine cool down which wasn't expected )

i dont think that the dealer's servent does their perfect job in the first service.
