Please clear your pm box. . In the meantime, here is the reply to your query:

First of all from your description of your recent speed run, it seems that you have got a good engine build.

Now coming to your query; Changing the CO settings is not going to help you much for the simple fact that CO settings are meant for checking combustion at idle engine speed and with no load (for emission norms compliance). Therefore, the CO reading obtained is a static reading and gives you no information about the burn state under dynamic and varying loads.

If you go through my thread I have described the phenomena that you are facing in one of my posts. The stock ECU being an open circuit and non programable, there is no scope of adjusting fueling to take out this flat spot. The only answer to this problem is to change ECU with custom fuel maps.

However, you may mitigate this problem to a some extent by blocking the air induction pipe that is between cylinder head to the airfilter box.

Sailing at 130+ on this mean machine with such a riding position that makes u believe you and your machine are one. I enjoyed every bit of my ride on this trip. I stretched my bike and myself to know its limits.I was bamboozled to know that this toy can take you upto 125 in 5th gear itself. One hell of a ride and one hell of an experience.

    Recently
Best Mechanic that I have come across and his details (phone/address/city):
I contacted this person for make shift mechanical ABS for my R15. He had earlier chucked his Dell job to pursue performance modification. He helped me with everything to get the ABS installed on both the discs. Though task on rear discs turned out to be herculean one , he never lost his enthusiasm and I was really impressed by that.
