yeah hid also comes in different designs such as h3, h4 etc. but that depends on the type of the projectors.... usually an h4 hid will have one xenon for high beam and one halogen for low beam but now a days you also get h4 hid with both of them as xenons but they are a bit expensive....

thanx buddy..got ur point clearly now..ie. difference between halogen and hid....you had stressed in ur earlier message that hid without a projector would be a bad idea...is it becuase of the cops only ya projectors with hid throw a better light on the road??!..and do hid with or without projectors also have high/low beam like halogen bulbs.....??

hi, the 55w hid will take a toll on your battery you can use 55w of halogen and NOT of HID... no special reflector is needed for an hid.... but yeah you can search for projectors if you want to go for hid... also high beam and low beam or single beam depends on the type of bulb there are different types of bulbs like h1 h3 h4 h7 hs1 etc.... if you go for the h4 nightbreaker you will retain the high and low beam both...
HID means High Intensity Discharge it is NOT a normal halogen for more details chk out on wikipedia about them...

you can put anything in fz be it crystal vision or night breaker fz's headlight is capable of handling loads upto 55w.... u can go for the h4 hid as well but dont go for 55w hid it will be heavy on fz go for the 35w hid.... also the hid is illegal to use without a projector so be carefull while driving....
