Its not serious is it? But any surgery of this kind will need good physiotherapy if you want to get back to your earlier 100%. No one pays ANY attention to this aspect of post surgical recovery, or post bone damage recovery. But it is VERY important in the long run. When JB's collarbone broke, I had asked him to go for a few physiotherapy sessions.
