I have no clue about filling in MRF . I had filled it from a petrol bunk here in bangalore.

They will inflate your tyres and then fill with nitrogen. I am using from last 45 days

yes you can use in your FZ-16 i am using NGK(japan) iridium ix which cost 550Rs each yes your mileage will increase 3-4kmpl and also the pick up
the best company which are known for there plugs are NGK,Denso & Bosh never used a bosh plugs so cant comment yes NGK is made in japan and are really very good you can go for NGK Iridium ix for Rs550 one all iridium plugs cost the same but my opinion don't go for Platinum spark plugs they got shot very early...

stm helmets are good.. I used stm for a couple of years but later i shiftd to cross.. somehow i find cross to be way more comfortable..

I spoke to Mr. Abraham and Paul in MRF they told me that stem puncture is temporary way to get it done, it will cause leakage later and a bigger hole more than 2 mm diameter will leave a permanent damange to the tyre. Mushroom fix is a permanent puncture fix just like in tube tyres.

The guy took out the tyre but chain flywheel also came out may be cuz of no chain cover, cuz in pulsar only tyre comes out, so it took time for them to fix it back.

I would suggest go for mushroom once you see it done in front of your eyes you will be much more satisfied, the puncture will be rubbed and cleared before applying patch, and when you see how stem looks from inside you will know which is better.
