yes you can use in your FZ-16 i am using NGK(japan) iridium ix which cost 550Rs each yes your mileage will increase 3-4kmpl and also the pick up
the best company which are known for there plugs are NGK,Denso & Bosh never used a bosh plugs so cant comment yes NGK is made in japan and are really very good you can go for NGK Iridium ix for Rs550 one all iridium plugs cost the same but my opinion don't go for Platinum spark plugs they got shot very early...
