Hello Manashri, you are welcome to xBhp. Thanks for asking my help. For uploading your avtaar, you can click "User CP" link located right at the top left of this page you are viewing (and all the other pages) right now.

You can go inside 'User CP' and there you would find options for uploading profile picture, avtaar and other things. And for uploading pictures, you can click 'Photo' link and then you can make new albums and subsequently upload pictures.
