Read your post in the cramster bashing thread, just wanted to get some info about the cramster jacket. I am looking for a proper riding jacket with water protection.
I looked up their website and liked the pulse and the raptor range. Just wanted to take your opinion. How is the build quality and the overall fit and finish?

Hey MK, I'm thinking of going for P220. But before that, I would like to know a few things from you. Pulsars generally start to show their true colours after 2/3 years. I have come across many Pulsars with lots of engine noise, vibes, etc. How good is P220 in terms of quality? Also, P220 doesnt have a kick start. How well the bike kicks off on a cold morning? Is there any indicator showing the need for a battery change? Well, the place where reside doesnt have a Probiking showroom. So, how is this going to affect me? If there are too many negatives, I will shift to Karizma R. I read your post "Sunrise at 12:35PM....". Hence, I am here. Thanks!

The Jalandhar - Pathankot stretch is really bad ... Two laning is going on which is a real pain ...

Do one thing, go via jalandhar - pathankot and come back via Dalhouise - Banikhet - Nurpur - Kangra - Una - Nangal - Bhakra. Move on to naina devi and descend to anandpur sahib and then come back via ropar chandigarh.

This route is a lot longer than 40 but should be done in a day..

Have you ever visited Karol Bagh, Chopra's store for helmets. If yes, then the tyre shop is just few shops ahead of Chopra. There is a good year shop also nearby. This shop which I am talking abt is owned by a Sardarji.

Hope that the accident was a minor one & you are all fit by now. Anyways I went Rohru as per my initial plan & it was indeed very nice ride. Rohru is b'ful place.

So enjoy your time & may be we can plan any trip later.

Apologies Abhishek i didnt see this message :-( Two weeks back i met with an accident while going towards Haridwar, so plan cancelled. Might attempt the manali thing in May. Also, the rohtang pass is not yet open officially, so i dont think going now will be of much use now.
