    well... heres a short version... the RTR is not the smooth refined Unicorn, its not the feminine (though called male) ultra popular Pulsar (no offense hehe),its not the high tech yamaha... but its a rough beast, packing a not-so-smooth power mill... many say there are bad vibrations, but personally, I dont face any grave problems.... you know the trips I've made... not much issues regarding reliability as of now... mileage consistent 40 even with heavy ripping (dropped when changed to speed, premium, but back to 40 after coming to normal petrol).... all said, I wouldnt say its good for a first bike... and i guess hes not gonna go ripping much, if so, why dont you consider Unicorn? (thats just me )
