Ah! saw your message after almost a week!!

Max Payload is the maximum weight that you can carry on your bike (Pillion, luggage etc). This excludes the weight of petrol and oil.

Dude, fully synth is always best, but its pricy! I read on tbhp that the cost is Rs. 500 per litre. If you dont want to spend so much, go for semi synth. You can also consider Petronas 4000 or 5000.

Valvoline is also supposed to be good. Not tried it myself though.

Dude, which oil is recommended for your bike?? If I'm not mistaken it is 20W40 (please confirm)... so just use Gulf 20W40... simple?? Ditto about Elf.

As for 2t, Gulf has 2t also, but in Poona they only have sachets. See if you can get bottles elsewhere. They apparently have fully synthetic 2t also.

Ok, lemme clarify this. 2t oil should actually be called the engine oil. The other oil you are using 20W40 / 20W50 etc would more appropriately be called gear oil.

Dude, castrol activ is not a 2t oil! I was asking which castrol 2t!

You could get your stuff if you go to bigger cities.

Motul 510 wont be easily available... you may have to speak to the Motul management to procure the stuff. This is because demand for 2t oils is v low.

Gulf should be available wherever Gulf has a distribution network.

Hope u solve ur bike probs.
