guitarfreak -->Anyways the noise on hitting potholes is not coming now but its coming when the bike is at stand still and if i press the forks fully in holding the brake.

I think it is OK.May Be the noise is from front registeration plate?

I am sure ,the topping up to correct level of fork oil and another mod with fork piston(Which I am not fully aware-But Still will ask with TVS Service Here) will work good with Front Forks. .If Possible I will collect all the necessary changes they do to fix fork issue soon and inform You.
I think You may forget this issue now as they have fixed the loose/less fork oil issue.

    Good Luck!

Finally they have changed the fork oil in my front suspension. They found it really low while checking the amount. They filled up with new castrol oil and were asking for it to be paid. But i refused saying that it has to be covered under warranty. Anyways the noise on hitting potholes is not coming now but its coming when the bike is at stand still and if i press the forks fully in holding the brake. And another thing i noticed is that the front suspension feels very hard and dont get inside too much. I mean compared to the suspension of a 220 which feels really spongy. Is it the sole case of mine or are all the 180 suspensions like that?

don't claim about "bush" changed.just tell them that lower level of fork oil and some works with the fork pistons are needed.if in doubt ,You can call some other dealer and verify the solution. In My Opinion ,You NEED to talk with TVS Engineer ;Perhaps He may not be aware of this solution. At least ,in Cochin/Nearby Dealers knows about this issue. So ,If TVS Engineer/Mechanic is available at dealer service ,Ask Him to do a Fork Overhaul(no replacement needed ,I mean Beg/Pester the Mechanic in a Friendly R&D Mood to Open Up the Forks telling The Issue of low level of Fork Oil is the Culprit and it is Known to Dealers in KERALA/Cochin) as the issue is a less amount of fork fluid.Ask them to Call "Cochin Motors" Mechanic Head if in doubt or Mr.Pitchaiah of Banglore office(These are What I remember from My Experience).
Meanwhile ,it is definitely worth having the fork fluid topped and having a fork overhaul.Ask them/Pester Them. But Don't Irritate them
    Good Luck!

Got a call from the service center guy and asked me to bring the bike. When i reached there the supervisor told me that they have been ordered to change the front forks but they said that doing so would not solve the problem as the forks in my bike are the same. I told them that im not interested in how they solve the problem. I just want the problem to be solved. I also told them about your case and the solution but they said that they dont have any such bush and will inform their upper level about it. But they didnt seem to be bothered much about your case nor mine.

Bike needs to be tuned - may be running a little lean.tighten foundation bolts etc.BTW ,TVS Service really calls and resolves the issues.Don't believe Me?Check this post in team-bhp ,TVS Vice President even contacted this guy with a RTR-FI to resolve:
Another bad day with Ashwa TVS Bangalore. Now sorted out. - Team-BHP

But ,then You have to write a mail elaborating the issues You faces along with problems of bad A.S.S as well(in My case!).

I have sent an email to their service support. They replied and asked for the registration no. and dealer name. Another problem im facing i dont know if you can help me provide the solution as the service center guys r pure crap here. My bike gives a knocking sound (i dunno what else to call it, to me it feels like a knocking sound) when i rev from 3k to 4k rpm and a little higher than that in any gear. The knocking sound is more audible when the bike vibrates the most at the 4k to 5k rpm. Its as if something is loose and needs to be fixed. I cant make out what it is so it would be helpful if you could throw some light on it.

You must have to send a email to TVS .They will contact You.
They HAVE to do the fork overhaul.
The Problem with A180's of some batches are ,the Fork Oil Level is Less ,Some Adjustment in fork Piston needs to be done.(Here ,What I quoted what TVS ASC SA Told Me).Else ,like ME ,Have to suffer the "Thud" Sound while going through bad surfaced roads.

My Advice is ,If they don't know about this ,Approach a Main TVS Dealer Service and Inquire about this.Send the mail to TVS.And when their Regional Head or Anyone Related Calls You(Do Include your contact phone no. in email sent) Explain the Problems(be prepared).
