Finally they have changed the fork oil in my front suspension. They found it really low while checking the amount. They filled up with new castrol oil and were asking for it to be paid. But i refused saying that it has to be covered under warranty. Anyways the noise on hitting potholes is not coming now but its coming when the bike is at stand still and if i press the forks fully in holding the brake. And another thing i noticed is that the front suspension feels very hard and dont get inside too much. I mean compared to the suspension of a 220 which feels really spongy. Is it the sole case of mine or are all the 180 suspensions like that?

Got a call from the service center guy and asked me to bring the bike. When i reached there the supervisor told me that they have been ordered to change the front forks but they said that doing so would not solve the problem as the forks in my bike are the same. I told them that im not interested in how they solve the problem. I just want the problem to be solved. I also told them about your case and the solution but they said that they dont have any such bush and will inform their upper level about it. But they didnt seem to be bothered much about your case nor mine.

I have sent an email to their service support. They replied and asked for the registration no. and dealer name. Another problem im facing i dont know if you can help me provide the solution as the service center guys r pure crap here. My bike gives a knocking sound (i dunno what else to call it, to me it feels like a knocking sound) when i rev from 3k to 4k rpm and a little higher than that in any gear. The knocking sound is more audible when the bike vibrates the most at the 4k to 5k rpm. Its as if something is loose and needs to be fixed. I cant make out what it is so it would be helpful if you could throw some light on it.
