The GS150R has digital gear indicators like the ones found on Suzuki Bking or GSXRs.
GS150R is meant for long rides............smoother than the Honda Unicorn and performance like RTR160.

My own GS150R has went significant upgrades, though.

Finally Once u finish building a Shogun with these vital elements.... U will have a Shogun that is bound to thrill at levels that u have never been to !... She'll take the abuse no matter what !......... Long Rides are a pleasure & as far as I know she doesn' charge much on maintenance too !....... Mine is a 5 speed because I & my bro managed to install the 5 speed gearbox from Shaolin (India's first) into the Shogun.....

One can find a used Shogun here in Chennai or in Coimbatore/Bangalore for that matter..... its hard to find her in unabused condition....even harder to find a first hand one with documents in order..... but once u do get a Shogun (an abused 2nd/third owner Shogun for less than 8k..... a well maintained first hand for 15-20k)....the cosmetics are very easy to source & rebuild as the Samurais & Shaolins too share the same..... but u will find it hard to find those parts which makes the Shogun unique..... the toughest of them is finding the Japanese ART brand piston (no other piston can take the beating from 12000+ RPM).... next is the Oil pump (a very vital part! this part bestows long ride reliability in the Shogun).....then the bore & crank (though these are relatively easier to get).....the speedometer & finally the megaphone silencer (with factory built expansion chamber)... but u can source them from dealers & individuals mostly in Bangalore at a premium price.....

I couldn't have put those in better words myself Prasath! ....My dad too used to have AX 100 during his days..... Suzukis have edge over other 2 strokes due to its reliable lubrication mechanism...... They can easily conquer the highways with ease without worrying about seizures...... I personally did several Chennai - Tirupathi trips non-stop on my Shogun @ an average speed of 80 kmph...... This just shows the nature of its rock solid engine...... U have a rock solid 2 stroker in MAX100 .... so nimble & easy to negotiate in our traffic..aint she? Truely...these strokes are machines to cherish for in our lifetimes... Cheers..
