and d posture seems uncomfortable in traffic situations when brakes n clutch are used vefy often especially weight coming on the palms,,,.,.,but on long stretches it gives the most comfortable riding position
when in traffic come closer to the tank , sit straight and BEND UR ELBOWS....and on long stretches get into the sportiest position possible....

start working out it helps, do 50 pushups a day atleast !
and go see a doctor if too much discomfort. And you will get used to the posture dont worry too much
