Hi, you have to get the tacho gear kit according to your clutch bell. There are two types of bells. One has a larger driven gear. Ask for Rxg tacho kit which has a smaller black gear.

Please update your location so that members might be able to direct some reference in your own home town. Also, with regards to RX135, it is better to go for a 90/100 kit which is readily available in Bangalore I suppose. It's just plug and play. They are approx 5k +/-. I've RDD lighting kit in my 135, however, these days they are hard to come. I myself want to buy lighting kit for my newly acquired 100, searching for information around. Keep watching my 100 restoration thread might be of help.

this is the procedure for all the bikes. Only pulsars need an extra procedure to be done for the DC thing to work.

AFAIK = As Far As I know.

You can search the RDDreams forum.

Else you can get the coil re-wound and install the APE RR.
Yes going DC makes more sense and if done right, it can last a lifetime.

AFAIK there is a headlight upgrade kit available from RDDreams for the RX series which is plug and play and can run 90/100 bulbs easily. Instead of rewinding on your own check that kit out first.
