Shock abs wise the same can be said of the 220... I'm on my second set in 15 months now and it's not the same as the originals

that is great, man.... you are 45 and still commuting by bike daily thats good. ok can you tell comfort wise is there a difference between P220 & P150. coz i have P150 and once teh stock shock absorbers became faulty i have to get it changed. and after replacing the shock absorbers rear and front shocks also (front shockup spring) i never got the same level of comfort as i used to get on the ones that came fitted from company. i have changed shock absorbers so many times- and every time the feeling of a plush ride lasts only for a few hundred kms....anyway so is P220 more comfortable than P150

My guess would be the CBR250 and then the P220, in that order - but then again, I wouldn't know about the quality of the CBR as many people have had complaints and I myself have never ridden one. About the 220, I would say that I have done Mumbai Kerala in the rains and it was great. I did end up pretty tired, but then again, I'm 45 and 125kgs, so I guess I have a right to be tired . On the return leg, I did Kerala to Hubli (990kms) in one day, and then next day, left Hubli for home at 8:30 in the morning, so I guess I wasn't all that tired.
About the CBR, as I said, I haven't ridden it so I couldn't comment on it.
    Cheers

thats nice...you can be of help to me...from 1st feb i have to do 160 kms daily commuting from office to home i.e. 80+80 daily. from pune to aamby valley. pune to lonavala on highway 55 kms and lonavala to aamby valley is 25 kms ghats and valley. i.e 80+80 kms daily. right now i have P150 UG3, which is kind of giving me problems ( it is 90000 kms old) and also it is a bit tiring doing daily commute of 160 kms on old P150. earlier also i used to do same ...some 3-4 years back. but now the bike is old and not in best condition and i too have become not so young. so i am thinking of buying a new vehicle. the options starts from P220, KTM200, CBR250 to nano and alto. the question is will either P220 or CBR250 be comfortable enough to do such a distance daily with me being fatigued too much.
