Will only 5K do it considering all the things like fuel, stay, food etc. for a Delhi-Manali-Delhi tour?... I thought it would prove a bit more costly

And, a doubt. You said that for a Delhi-Leh-Delhi tour, we should consider half of your expenses which comes out to be near 12K-13K, and afterwards you are saying that Delhi-Manali-Delhi will cost around 5K. Is Manali-Leh-Manali so long to cost us around 7K INR?

for us the individual expense was around 25k.. but then it was for entire Mumbai-Leh-Mumbai. Considering from delhi, IMO it should be half & if you planning for manali then I think even 5k should be enough..

yeah, will definitely ask you if I will be having such trips. Actually, I'm very much new into touring on bikes. Just a single trip till now and that too a small one (mentioned in my signature). I think, it will take a long time to get at that level

Anyways, thanks for offering the help ... and if we go on such trip (say, sometime in future), can you tell me the estimate expenses it will take from Delhi-Leh-Delhi?
