Ride the bike for say about 10~20Kms and ride hard. Let the engine completely warm up, then set the idle to 1500Rpms. And does the bike die while engine braking??? i.e your ridig at 60, then you decide to slow down and downshift, as soon as you leave the clutch bike dies... Anything like that????

There a plastic cap on the crank case next to the kicker. In my bike its kinda ash in colour.

Did you experience any compression loss after the bike stalled??? i.e did the kicker move down with resistance or did it move down loosely.

At what RPM were you riding when the bike stalled???
Remove dipstick and wipe it clean, now put it back(dont screw) pull back and check. It should be close to the top ring.
