Thanks for the suggestion bro.
will first enquire about the galvanisation thing here, my mech said he knws few good people who are into this thing, will get it opened most probably after monday, and will see the proper condition of it.
will post the pics on the thread.

Renny just a request..do not try to use the rusted tank again,after repair...it will fail at the most inopportune moment.Replace it..and see if the New one has got Tin Plating inside to protect the Metal..
