instead of painting the exhaust i would recommend powder coating/chroming it as it would last much longer that the spray paint. If its just spots on the chrome, id suggest u buy a bottle of chrome polish (its a fine poder which has to be mixed with a little water and rubbed on to the rusted surface) the name is Chakachak fatafat.
