520 is the chain pitch of p220, p200, karizma, etc. You can get the 38 teeth sprocket from P200... or for even more acceleration get a Karizma sprocket of 40 teeth to fit in your bike...

Get it done by any mechanic. After installing sprocket, check whether the wheel is reinstated properly...

A 39 teeth sprocket from P180 (UG4 only!) should also do your job... These both should fit on your P220...
