    Hey...

I have a doubt on the clutch settings. What is good for the clutch plates, a half clutch setting or full clutch?
Here's a link to the query i posted on the ownership thread: http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...tml#post743702

I am not sure what is the header lock, but yes i put a spanner between the pipe and frame to hold them apart and then inserted the bolt between them. It got sandwiched between the pipe and frame and stayed there. Although this suppressed most of the sound, still it could be audible on revving higher.

Now i have deployed a permanent solution to this. Pierced a couple of holes in the silencer where the so called mesh is present which causes the sound. Got a nut welded on both the holes and then forced a bolt through it. I think this held the mesh inside which had gone loose. This works like a charm....haven't heard the irritating sound since the new jugaad. I am not sure if this might have any shortcomings. I will try to post a pic soon of this newly done jugaad.

Hey nice Jugaad, how did you get that bolt over there? unbolt header lock and stick a lever between the pipe and frame and pry it apart, then put bolt there?
