It would be a 68.5mm bore... It will make a 180cc to 210cc but don't know P150's stroke measurement so can't say how many cc's it will make.

Hey, I saw your post somewhere about trying to update your 150cc setup to 180cc...

Why not update it directly to 210cc from Joel...? He's started supporting Junior Pulsars.
You will need a Bigbore kit from him (approx 6-8 thousand INR), a new P180/ P220 head, a chain tensioner from p220, and a bigger carb...

Then, later you can also get an exhaust from him to get some more power...

Jet specifications differ according to carburettor as well. Like 110 on BS29 gives more petrol than 115 on BS26...
See, 42 is too less for a 150cc. Even my 180 gives more sometimes...
I'm sure your bike is running rich... Get its jet replaced.

You may get a bigger air filter to get more air (to match the fuel), but you'll lose mileage and reliability both. Remember, K&N BA2201 might not fit your bike. Plus, the K&N Conical RC1060 lets too much dirt with the air, in Indian conditions. In an year, you'll be replacing pistons due to it...

So, its better to get your jet suitably replaced. Don't worry, your performance will increase after the jet is replaced for sure. A main jet is very cheap, around rs. 100 or under it.

And about the sprockets, Classic pulsars are well geared so its not really required. But still, I told you about 40 teeth from LML Freedom... or try a 15T front from Pulsar UG3.
Swapping the chain is NOT required for 2-3 teeth change, just get the chain adjusted.

is it possible to switch front 14t spoket to 15??is that increase top end??now i can touch 80kmph at 6000rpm,as its stock setup....and i had cheked 200 carb has smaller jet size than pulsar 150ug4!200 carb has 110 jet and 150 has 112!i got 42 kmpl while pune run with pillion and mostof time bike was above 4000rpm,so i think its not runnig on rich mixture but can be its dischrging more volume due to higher diameter of carburettor, since old model has Bs26 mikuni,200 has bs30mikuni.filter box cant provide enough air at high speed thats why its not crossing 6500rpm
I was in dellima if 200 carb can do so much miracle in perfomance why not it has been fit in 150 model!!!but after cheking PUC i got it answered, its librate CO emmision but nothing more than 2 as 3is last limit, and original 150 shouldnt go beyond .3!thats it
i wanted to check by reducing intake restrictions, but now im very low on money due to past mods workout!

See, torque must have increased due to some older problem in your old Carb, which is now sorted.

I think you're running rich due to carb change. (Rich means, less air, more fuel mixed).

Get a P150 UG 4.5 "Main Jet" installed on your bike. That should give you optimum power and mileage combo...

You can try getting 40 teeth 6 hole rear sprocket from LML Freedom. Let me know how it works out... It should fit most probably.

Hello Buddy,i had chnged my p150 classic carb to p200 carb but now problem is it lacks top end perfomance, may be due to smaller filter box,but torque power increased to very good extend, now im very much riding in straight arrow roads so i want steady healthy cruising speed,so which sprocket can be fit on my classic pulsar, mine stock one has 42 teeth at back and it has 6 bolt setup, which bike has 40 teeth setup??and how much speed it would run at 5000rpm?mine doent go beyond 7000rpm.
    Regards,
    Swapnil
