I experienced that with semi-synthetic oils too.. With Motul 5100, the gearshifts became really smooth. Once the engine is warmed up, the oil reaches its operating temperatures and then the gears are properly lubricated and feel smooth. Don't worry about it. Also, the condition of the chain plays a BIG part in gear-shift feel! When the chain is cleaned and lubed, gears feel ultra butter smooth.. try it out!

Extremely normal.. Once the bike is ridden for more than 50km, it is properly warmed up and running at its optimum temperature. I get extra vibes too, but if you notice, the bike throws power much more easily! Vibes can be controlled to an extent by tightening all bolts properly and by tightening the chain and lubing it and the sprockets. The chain is the main cause of vibes on the R15

No, the bike surprisingly actually became smoother after that ripping session. The R15's got a superb engine with high-quality parts, it cant be damaged so easily. Take it easy..
