Not yet buddy, but I got the radiator replacement last time. My fairings are perfect actually, donno whether I'll get them changed or not.

Check by quoting your chassis no.to local dealer as well as Yamaha, they will state whether it is eligible or not.

My bike is 09 model blazing red colour purchased in april 2009. I read about the fairing replacement. My fairings are in very poor condition with lots of scratches. Can i get them replaced. Also last time, i was denied the FOC radiator replacement because of the fact that the dealership in my area was changed. Can i complain Yamaha regarding this, any action can be taken ?

Hey, I don't think the SVC guys know how to adjust the A:F ratio, since this is a fuel injected bike. I suggest you don't keep this on for too long-it will ruin your engine in the long run.

Hi bro, got the K&N installed. Its sound is good and i didnt notice any drop in mileage yet. But it seems that we have to do some kind of adjustments like changing fuel to air ratio. Do u have any idea where to get it done? Can it be done in service center ??

I think it would work out too expensive to change all the parts to blue, especially the tank would cost high.
Just get the nos.of Venkatesha/Pearl&keep bugging them, they will surely get you the parts. If needed, you can pay them an advance too, that way you will surely get all the parts within 15 days.

Hiii Sarvajit bro,sorry for the late reply. I haven't got the parts yet. Its been 11/2 half month. I tried for the parts in Chennai and other places but no use. I guess it would be the same in Hyderabad. But, are u sure that those parts are available in Hyderabad? What i need is
1. Headlight cover(old red colour)
2. The covers near the engine panels(the one with YAMAHA written on it). I need these both left and right.

Can u try to find out if these three parts are available in Hyderabad. If so, i will try to make some arrangement. Meanwhile, i sent a mail to Yamaha customer care regarding this matter. They responded immediately and a guy from the head office had called me and i spoke to him. He assured me of getting the parts in 2-3 days. But again, no response from him from many days.

If i dont get the parts, then i am thinking to change the whole parts to the new blue colour. Have u any idea as to how much will changing the whole panels and fuel tank cost ??
