Thats ok. I also had misfiring right in the beginning year&the SAI (Secondary Air Injection Unit) was changed for my bike under warranty. You should get it for at about Rs.670.
As for the engine oil leaking, I had a bit of its symptoms a few months back, but then the mech put some clips inside so that it doesn't leak. Do you go to TVS authorized or get the service done outside?
That said, this weekend a big operation has to be done on my F2's front suspension. It was overhauled once, cone set changed once, yet gives a lot of jerk&vibration in small undulations, but goes over big speedbreakers fast without any problem. When it started mishandling off late, I thought its time to open up the front fork.

Hey sarvajit, My bike is doing fine. Just that bad misfiring, and oil leakage problem on engine thats all everything is going good. I've put Veedol super swift now, but not as good as my previous Motul 5000 semi-synthetic that gave a pure smooth engine. I miss that oil and will put Motul in next time interval of changing oil. I'm looking for main jet 100 size for misfire problem but not able to source it, still searching...

Hey Ramki, how is your Fiero F2 doing? Mine is also a 2004 model&has done about 48.5K kms.till now. I have recently filled Petronas full synth engine oil&fit an NGK Iridium Spark plug too. Idling RPM has gone down&engine doesn't overheat even after high speed runs with the synthetic oil. Cold starts are a breeze, thanks to Iridium!
However, my bike has only one nagging front fork problem which I'll tell you about sometime later.
