If you want good performance and mileage, stick to stock 16/34 if you need some midrange improvement, get 5 speed sprockets its 16/37 loads of midrange but no topend.

Uni & Rx135 need 20W40 oil. Petronas Fully Synthetic is very good for the Uni and would be good for the RX135's crank case. For the autolube/premix in the Rx135 you may stick to the Yamalube or check the 2-stroke engine oil thread.

I have left 2 strokes long back and hence not able to comment much on them. But the Sprinta is lovely as confirmed by a group of Rx100/135 riders I have met. But I am managing to get Sprinta 4T 5000 fully synthetic from Mumbai and can help you get the same. Other oils, I didn't try to procure so far.
